Flamingo illustrated clothbacked wraps in matching illustrated clothbacked case with button snap closure. 4 loose leaves followed by 64 color litho plates featuring 422 decorative patterns missing folding double mirror in sleeve of case meant to allow the viewing of different tile patterns. G. No folding mirror. General rubbing, soiling and edge wear and water damage to case. Book in much better shape, wraps are clean though a little toned, lithos are bright and clean and all present. Klinger was responsible for the first 32 plates and Anker the last. An excellent example of art nouveau decoration, made more unique by the inclusion of the double sided mirror allowing the viewer to replicate patterns in a novel manner so they could get a more realistic feeling of the designs.
