The books are 4to in size (8 7/8 x 11 3/4), not the smaller 8mo size I have also had. VG. Ex art library set with minimal marks, all volumes housed in archival boxes. Item #133807
A very pleasing set, takes up 46 inches of shelf space. Make room, she's coming to your house! Each volume is housed in it's own archival board box for extra protection from wear. The Index volume is much, muchlarger than other index volumes I have had for the 11th edition and does not appear to be in a matching leather binding, but rather matching color cloth. It has thumb-tabs for each letter. This index is three times as thick as others I have seen.
