A lovely book, carefully printed, with large prints of tile designs. Includes a 38-page essay, "Persian Lustred Wall-Tiles of the Thirteenth Century," missing from about half the books of the edition. Includes text for each illustration. Library label on spine and on front paste-down endpaper, former owner's name on paste-down endpaper, pencil marks inside covers. Darkened cover edges. Binding and hinges mostly sound, binding split in one place. Text block darkened, pages bright.
