Tokyo: Mayuyama and Co, 1963. Hardcover. Green cloth/boards; gilt lettering to spine. Clear acetate dust cover; in tan card slipcase with maroon lettering. LXIX pp. followed by the section of 100 bw plates, followed by 38 pp. of appendices with three bw line drawings and 3 bw maps. Holiday card from the publisher laid in. Fine with just a hint of rubbing to very top/bottom edhes of spine. Gilt bright. Clean, tight, unmarked. Slipcover generally VG and protective but with light rubbing and with bumps to corners.
