This lot includes the publication titled, "Being an exhibition of the Work of Earl Horter's Gang...," containing mounted half-tone engravings made by Gatchel & Manning, tissue guards, an essay by an unknown author (created on the occasion of an exhibition held December 2-14th, 1940 at the Philadelphia Sketch Club Gallery; a green folded-sheet catalog entitled "Earle Horter, Watercolors, Oils, Drawings, Prints," created on the occasion of an exhibition held at the Philadelphia Art Alliance, December 2, 1954 to January 2, 1955; the last item is a one-sheet, three-panel folded catalog for an unidentified exhibition, which containsa list of 205 works by Horter.
