Plates 1-16 detail the five orders mostly as they relate to cornicews and columns. Plates 17 - 22 detail arches. Plates 23 - 26 detail doors. Plates 25 - 26 also detail cornices of windows. Plates 27 - 41 detail stairways and staircases and rails. Plate 42 details a circular soffite for doors and windows. Plate 43 is a cornice for a chimney. Plates 44 -46 are related to cornices and architraves. Plates 47 - 50 detail picture frames, with an emphasis on frames over chimney-pieces. Onward from here, the plates detail nmore chinmney-pices, angle-pieces, groins and frets, trusses and how to lay a frame in ledgement.
