In three volumes" on the title page, and bears the imprint: "Printed for Walter Shropshire, No. 158, New Bond-Street, MDCCLXXVI [1776]"; contains index for all 3 volumes, pages 1-10./ Account of the mss, from which the plates are collected: volume 1, pages 105-107; volume 2, pages 119; volume 3, pages 189-190./ Pagination: Volume 1: [1], iv, [2], 112 pages, LXV leaves of plates; volume 2: [4], 129, [3] pages, LX leaves of plates. Volume 3 LACKING. This consists of two volumes bound as one. The title-page from the second volume is not present, but all other pages are.
