Title on cover: The Eminent Collection of Paintings formed by the late Mrs. B. F. Jones Jr., Sewickley Heights, Pa. Issued in conjunction with a 1941 auction of 112 lots of these paintings. The annotated catalogue includes illustrations for many of the items. Sewickley Heights, outside of Pittsburgh, was quite the scene during the gilded age. The Jones estate was called Fairacres.
