Decorative title page. 97 leaves + [71] leaves. Heavy at 7 pounds and will require extra postage. VG, clean, tight contents, but covers are worn and soiled, and much of spine is missing. Small, white numbers at base of spine; ex-libris Rev. Joannis Shanahan (most likely Bishop John Shanahan of the Harrisburg, PA Catholic Diocese, 1899-1916) and one other (very large) book plate with no text (image appears to reference the Catholic church) on front/rear end papers. Separate piece of paper with note/number attached to ffep. End papers and title page age toned. Name in ink hand-written (in Latin) on title page, and there are a few very neat notes here and there in the margins. Item #156605
