Text in French. Scholarly papers read and published for an international conference of 19-21 September 1958. Subjects include the Parisian and Roman milieu, sources and themes, problems of style, and Poussin's radiance, each with numerous essay topics. Volume 2 includes the archives, texts, some illustrations, notes. Each volume contains prefatory material and its own index for that volume. An excellent reference.
