A Postscript on J.E.H. MacDonald 1873 - 1932

Toronto: The Ryerson Press, 1940. Original, Limited Edition of 100. Softcover. Olive green textured, stapled wraps with mountain image on front cover. 12 pp. with no illustrations. NF contents; covers VG but with ex-lib. notations on front cover. Item #153221

Only 100 copies of this were made for Lorne Pierce and friends in April 1940 by the Ryerson Press. "As artist, poet, teacher and Canadian, J.E.H. MacDonals wrote his name large upon the record of our national life, and becamse so thoroughly our interpreter that his name must live so long as our country lasts." - the author; includes quotes by Wordsworth. A lovely booklet/tribute.
