Housed in a white, melamine slipcase with silver lettering. 186 pp. with 180 color and bw plates, including 1 gatefold and 1 folded in two. Oversize (11x15 inches) and 7 pounds. Fine/Good but with "Haunch of Venison" stamp on ffep and tiny, white sticker on bottom of slipcase spine. Back of slipcase has two areas that appear as cut-outs (see photo), but they likely are pieces broken off. Still protective. Item #152991

Horizons is a publication about travelling, organised in different chapters related to this concept. It's a mostly visual book that showcases works by a variety of artists and writers that reflect on travelling as a source of inspiration. Every chapter of the book is related to a particular theme such as loneliness, risk or endangered cultural diversity. Each chapter includes images by international artists as well as a texts. André Aciman, Jean Baudrillard, Hans Magnus Enzensberger, Aminatta Forna, Álvaro Mutis, Mario Vargas Llosa and Adam Zagajewski are the authors of the texts in this publication.
