Bound together here are the two catalogues (January 1927, January 1928) from the auction of the collection of English porcelain once owned by Tom G. Cannon, the author of the reference book, "Old Spode." A whopping total of 1581 lots was sold. Factories represented by pieces here included: Bow, Bristol, Chelsea, Chelsea Derby, Coalport and Colebrook Dale, Derby, Derby Bisque or Biscuit, William Billingsley (Derby), Longton Hall, Nantgarw and Swansea, Lowestoft, Pinxton Factory, Plymouth, Salopian Factory, Spode, Old Worcester, Chamberlain-Worcester, and Blue and White & White China. The second volume includes an introduction about the collection and Cannon. These two catalogues are rarely found together, and even rarer are they bound so nicely together. A real find.
