A study of this large and historic property, with an eye toward conservation and community resource, undertaken as it was in the process of passing from the ownership of the King of Morocco to Somerset County and its Park Commission. Natirar (which is Raritan spelled backwards, as a nod to the adjacent Raritan River) was originally the Ladd estate at the end of the last century. The tract now has mixed uses. Copies of this report are scarce.
