Architectural Fiberglass: Plantes, Benches, Trash Receptacle, Street Furniture

Los Angeles: Architectural Pottery, [1965]. Softcover. Portfolio. Cream & BW illus. paper folder, with 22 leaves (some folded into four panels) with mostly BW illus., some color. VG (Very little aging; corners of folder are slightly bumped; leaves are as fresh as they were in the 1960s.). Item #149748

A portfolio advertisement for Architectural Fiberglass products from the California company, Architectural Pottery. Those big containers for small trees and bushes, used in either interior or exterior landscape design for businesses, have to be made of SOMETHING. This promotional packet includes many designs and options: cylinders, tapered cylinders, squares, tapered squares, planter benches, etc. Even if the 1965 price list had not been included, anyone could tell from the photos that this piece dates from a time now considered mid-century modern. A terrific find, in wonderful shape.
