A lovely book of poetry, stories, and photographs of nature (mostly flowers and birds but also other flora and fauna), as charmingly explained to "Morning Face", the pet name of the author's young grand-daughter. Stratton-Porter was, in addition to a famous author, a well-known naturalist and photographer.
