Worldcat locates 15 copies, but all may not be paper. Rare nonetheless. The Southern Matron was Ann Pamela Cunningham. Other copies I have seen contain this written on the front cover after the words "March, 1857": Handwritten on the front cover beneath "March, 1857" is this" By The Ladies Mt. Vernon Association of The Union, Organized by A Southern Matron in April 1854."
