Continuation of the works of Stalin, originally published in Moscow, that was interrupted with an abrupt stop after the publication of Volume XIII, ending with an item dated February 1, 1934. The Hoover Institute took up the publication of the remainder of Stalin's writings, gleaned from newspapers, periodicals and other periodicals, so scholars could fully study the full period of Stalin's rule the Soviet Union during that time. The text is in Russian, so that nothing is lost in translation.
