Contents unbound: 16 pp. text on cream paper/black lettering. 47 of 48 tissue-guarded color and duotone plates are tipped onto heavy grey stock paper. Oversize and heavy and will require extra postage. VG- (ex-library with expected marks plus perforation stamp on title page and last text page. Plate 10 missing.
