Additionally, the book is marked throughout with ink stamps, including on title pages and plates. Binding is a bit loose, and both voumes have sections of loose pages, in volume 1 the frontispiece and between pp 145 and 201 and in volume 2 between pp 150 and 191. The edges of these loose pages are very damaged, including loss to the edges of the text block or image on a few pages. The portofolio case for vol 1 is torn at one hinge. Item #132952
