Very good, clean and tight interior but with soiling and age toning to cover, call sticker on spine, sticker mark on front. Contains original color ink illustration and inscription by author "To Iphegenia with LOVE very much, Love for a celestial Twin, from Irene." Item #132490
Stated as being from the initial edition (three hundred copies printed), a run of three hundred that were to have been numbered and the first 100 signed and with an original watercolor. This one is neither numbered nor signed. The ORIGNAL initial edition was a hardcover with gold front face, printed on special, handmade Rives paper. The paperback, on white paper, is a reprint, although the publication, text, and colophon are identical to the hardcover. With a preface by Pereira, followed by the main body of poetry. This volume is, however, signed and inscribed by Pereira on the title page and with a lovely original color illustration.
