The lead article "What is Modern Art: is authored by "JAR" and other articles on "Pigments Used in Artist's Colors and Their Properties" feature paints and brushes by "Mussini". The second issue features the conclusions of the first two articles begun in the first issue, as well as an article on Picture Varnishes and Their Use.
