Prudhomme. this preliminary sheet also states that the second part of this eventual three-part republication of Burnet's work on Painting, is in production. This first American edition is taken from the 4th English edition. I find no bibliographic records for the 2nd or 3rd parts of this edition that were said (in the prospectus or preliminary sheet). Notr found in the marketplace, the American engravings were prepared by Lewis P. Clover. Rare.
