Hinge breaking, and text block/signatures separating at various places; covers scuffed, and green leather beginning to lift on back cover near hinge. Ffep torn at top with horizontal piece missing (1.5" x 5"); diocese ex-lib. with blind stamp and pen notation. Item #114560
