The original edition, one of only 300 printed. Text in French; with beautiful plates, covered in tissue, and including full descriptions of each illustration and part of the uniforms and insignias. A very rare book. This copy inscribed (on June 7, 1955 from "Hard Pizzard" (?) to Cassidy Leslie, who research indicates lived in South Orange, NJ after being born around 1904.
