This is a smaller version of the original catalogue for this landmark exhibition, printed on the occasion of the exhibition's showing in Maryland at The University of Maryland Art Gallery. Includes a nine-page illustrated essay by Susan Willand Worteck and a list of the 79 works in this exhibnition, produced by 49 artists and arranged in alphabetical order by artist last name. The entire traveling exhibition was organized by the Center for the Visual Arts Library, Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois. The Maryland portion was on view Jan. 30 to Feb. 22, 1981, five other locations.
